Chop mangoes. Keep 2 tbsp chopped mangoes aside for garnishing.
In a blender, add the mangoes, ice cream, honey or sugar and milk. Blend it well. There should be no chunks of mango.
Pour the mixture in two glasses. Garnish with chopped mangoes, tutti frutti and dry fruits.
You may refrigerate it if you want it to be more chilled but I recommend not to add ice to it as MASTANI may lose its taste.
